In the heart of the mediterranean bush, on the charming Leghorn hills is situated a small town called Castelnuovo della Misericordia. In this outstanding area extends for about 72 hectares “Cappellese Farmhouse”.
Visiting us means to choose fresh air, quiet and friendship. We are close to the sea and history.

The cottage is dated back to the middle of 1600. The two cousins Marco and Fabiana decided to restructure and used it as farmhouse, respecting the original features.
The stones used for building the cottage are even more ancient, going back to the first erection of the town (Roman Period).
According to the environmental laws, “Cappellese Farmhouse” production follows the authenticity of his land. As a result of that, the three hundreds olives give a superb olive oil.
It has been classified with the IGP mark from the Tuscany olive oil Association. The olive oil is also available directly at the farmhouse, such as the “Camaiano” wine and our tasting vegetable jams that go well with all sorts of cheese and with our delicious desserts.
It offers a wide relaxing area and panoramic terrace. Children have their own designated area. For nature lovers, Mediterranean paths are available, you are free to choose to go trekking or renting bikes and plunged into the colourful Tuscany countryside.
The small aromatic garden spreads out enchanting perfumes all over the surrounding area.
In the surrounding there are also some animals to keep you company.
Our Mascot is Arthur: the donkey.
